TIMOTHY D. PRINCIPE

TIMOTHY D. PRINCIPE graduated with honors from San Diego State University and received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1984. Mr. Principe was a partner in a 10-attorney firm in San Diego before joining BPS in 1990. He has extensive experience in a wide range of civil trial and appellate litigation, including real estate, insurance defense, insurance coverage issues, premises liability claims and construction disputes. Mr. Principe is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, and is “AV Preeminent” rated by Martindale- Hubbell.
