PETER J. ATTARIAN, JR., is Of Counsel to the firm. Mr. Attarian graduated from the University of Arizona and was awarded his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1985, after serving as a member of the law school’s Appellate Moot Court Board and the Moot Court National Team. Mr. Attarian practiced law in Los Angeles and then returned to San Diego in 1986, where he was a partner in a mid-sized law firm before joining BPS. He has extensive experience in cases involving business, real estate, employment, insurance and construction issues. Mr. Attarian participated in a program in the San Diego County District Attorney’s office that provided considerable jury trial experience. He serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego Superior Court, and is a member of the San Diego County and American Bar Associations, and is “AV Preeminent” rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
